Using the service

VOLIN must be used lawfully and with authorization. You must protect account credentials and must not misuse, disrupt, or bypass platform permissions.

Account and company

The account owner is responsible for accurate registration information and for managing company users and permissions. Sensitive actions may be subject to VOLIN approval and governance controls.

AI-assisted work

AI Workers may perform work within configured permissions and oversight. Decisions or actions requiring human approval remain subject to the configured approval workflow.

Subscription and data

Plans, trials and subscriptions are governed by the terms displayed at subscription. These terms do not transfer ownership of company content entered into its workspace to VOLIN.
